As a community mental health center, Southeast Mental Health Services is devoted to encouraging, promoting and fostering wellness through the prevention, early detection and treatment of mental illness and substance abuse by providing a comprehensive range of high quality services and education in the most efficient and effective manner for the residents and the communities of Baca, Bent, Crowley, Kiowa, Otero and Prowers counties.
